Main usage of Speybl

They use Speybl to record attendance. Employees and their superiors have an immediate overview of who is on vacation, who is on a business trip, etc.

In Speybl, they record the assets assigned to employees. They are also starting to work with onboarding checklists to a greater extent.

They see it as a plus that they can set an authorized person and a deadline for completing a given item for individual checklist items.

They also work with evaluations for junior employees. They measure and evaluate, for example, the error rate or the number of projects processed. They are a smaller company, so they primarily measure this for junior colleagues.
